Our Story
Mrs. Tiara Hilliard, the Founder & CEO of RouteStars is a loving mom of three, dedicated wife, IT professional, and proud veteran residing in Northern Virginia. As a Florida native, she moved to Virginia with her husband to start her own family.
Inspired by her own experience as a parent, she recognized the critical need for safe and reliable transportation for children. Witnessing the uncertainties caused by bus driver shortages, the stress of carpool chaos, and the never-ending traffic congestion, Tiara was fueled by passion and determination, leading her to establish RouteStars. The purpose of RouteStars is driven by an unwavering commitment to provide exceptional service and address these challenges head-on.
With her leadership and experience, combined with a genuine understanding of parents' concerns, RouteStars strives to become a trusted name in child transportation. RouteStars is a service that prioritizes safety and peace of mind.

What Makes Us RouteStars
GPS Tracking
The GPS tracking system provides real-time location monitoring, accurate records of pick-up and drop-off times, helping parents track attendance and ensure accountability. It also enables transparent reporting, fostering trust and confidence.
Drivers
All are required to pass a comprehensive fingerprint and background check, to include State and Federal criminal history checks and sex offender records.

Possess a clean driving record with over 5 years of driving experience.

Complete the Mandated Reporter training offered by the Virginia Department of Social Services
