Job Description:

As a Route Specialist at RouteStars, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of scholars to and from their designated locations. Your responsibilities will include:

 

    1.    Operating designated routes according to the provided schedule.

    2.    Safely transporting scholars to their destinations in a timely manner.

    3.    Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle.

    4.    Following all traffic laws and safety regulations.

    5.    Communicating effectively with parents, school staff, and RouteStars management.

    6.    Providing excellent customer service to scholars and their families.

 

Requirements:

 

    •    Valid driver’s license.

    •    Clean driving record.

    •    Excellent communication skills.

    •    Ability to work well independently.

    •    Prior experience in transportation or related field preferred.
