Job Description:

As a Route Specialist, you will ensure the safe and efficient transportation of scholars to their destinations. Responsibilities include:

 

    1.    Operating designated routes according to the schedule.

    2.    Safely transporting scholars to their destinations on time.

    3.    Ensuring vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.

    4.    Following all traffic laws and safety regulations.

    5.    Communicating effectively with parents, school staff, and RouteStars management.

    6.    Providing excellent customer service to scholars and their families.

 

Requirements:

 

    •    Valid driver’s license

    •    Clean driving record

    •    Excellent communication skills

    •    Ability to work independently

    •    Prior experience in transportation or a related field preferred
