RouteStars is a dedicated child transportation service focused on safety, reliability, and convenience. Founded by Tiara Hilliard, it’s designed to provide families with a seamless, trustworthy transportation experience.
Do you offer a multi-sibling discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on the weekly transportation service fee for additional siblings enrolled in our services.
Can RouteStars accommodate one-time or drop-in transportation needs?
RouteStars offers pre-scheduled transportation plans with a minimum enrollment of 3 days per week. We’re unable to provide one-time or drop-in services.
What is the registration fee for RouteStars?
To secure your child’s spot, we charge a non-refundable registration fee of $50. This guarantees their seat until enrollment is finalized.
I don't see my child's school, how do I add it?
Please submit a Route Request to get your child's school added for consideration.
What should you do if your child leaves something in the vehicle?
If your child leaves something in the vehicle, don’t worry. Contact us, and we’ll guide you through our process to recover the lost item quickly and easily.
How does the enrollment process work?
After you submit a Route Request, we’ll discuss your family’s transportation needs in a consultation. We’ll then check availability and move forward with the service agreement if everything aligns.
What happens after we agree to RouteStars’ policies?
Once you agree to our policies, we’ll confirm your route and send you the necessary registration documents and payment details.
How do we finalize our child’s registration?
After signing the service agreement, you’ll receive a registration packet and an invoice for the enrollment fee, payable online.
What happens during the orientation?
During orientation, you’ll meet your child’s driver and receive all the essential information in a quick, convenient virtual session.
How does the safety seat installation process work?
We’ll bring a RouteStars minivan to your home to install your child’s safety seat before services begin.
Who do we contact if we have questions or concerns?
You’ll have a main contact for any questions, and we’ll keep you updated on everything from routes to policy changes.
